About the Conference

Spouses attend FREE of charge!

Discipling children is an effort requiring father and mother. In order to allow more husbands and wives to attend the conference together, spouses are admitted free of charge. This means husbands and wives will be able to attend the entire conference for just $89, if you pre-register. Pre-register and save 10%! Register online now. It’s fast and very easy!

Tight Budget?

We understand that many home educating families are on tight budgets. CHEC sympathizes with these situations and provides you with an opportunity to save money. Volunteers earn “vouchers” toward their annual conference registration fees. Vouchers earned by working before and during the conference may only be applied to the current conference for your immediate family. If you would like to volunteer, please fill out and submit a Volunteer Interest Form. A conference scholarship fund has been provided by the generous donations of other homeschooling families. Partial scholarships are awarded to those who qualify, as far as the scholarship fund allows. Please send an email to to receive a Scholarship Request Application Packet.

Registration Packets

All registration packets can be picked up from the Registration Booth in the Denver Mart beginning at 7:30am on June 12th.  Please bring your registration confirmation with you.

Bring the whole family for one low price!

Now, everyone in your family can attend the Rocky Mountain Super Conference on the Family. Children of any age living in your home are welcome and you can bring them all for one low price.  For the first time we are offering a FAMILY PASS that can be added on to your registration for $30.  This will include any children living in your home and their grandparents.

Food

The Mart provides a café, coffee and snack carts, and vending machines at the facility (all are cash only). For your convenience, there is also an ATM on-site. There are also several fast food restaurants located within walking distance. The Denver Mart’s regulations state that no outside food or drinks are allowed.

Bring the Conference Home!

Given the outstanding lineup of speakers and topics, you probably will not get to attend every workshop that interests you. Recordings of workshops will be available on-site and online after the conference at chec.org. Due to contractual obligations personal audio and videotaping at the conference is prohibited.

Attention all Young Entrepreneurs!

CHEC is inviting young entrepreneurs to participate in the conference as vendors. If you are a homeschooled student between the ages of 13 and 21 and have your own business, we invite you to apply for booth space. Send inquires to Our goal is to provide youth with the learning opportunity and experience to run their own vendor table in a Christian and professional environment. Please visit the CHEC website for more information and to apply!

Refunds

All refund requests must be received in writing either by emailing your request to or by mail at CHEC, 10461 S Parker Rd., Parker, CO 80134. Requests postmarked on or before Wednesday, June 17, 2015, will receive a refund less a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be given for requests made after Wednesday, June 17, 2015.

Exhibit Hall Etiquette

When shopping, we ask that you observe “Exhibit Hall Etiquette.” Many of the exhibitors are experts in their field and can explain various products for you in great depth. They have made a sacrificial effort to be at our conference and we encourage you to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to gain knowledge and information. When a vendor takes the time and effort to explain a product or gives you advice and you decide to purchase the product, we strongly encourage you to buy your product from that person instead of making your purchase elsewhere to save a little money. Not only does this help preserve an atmosphere of trust and sharing, it also encourages the return of knowledgeable, well-established vendors to our annual conference.
